&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In order to get a clearer understanding of what you're seeing on your end, are you able to confirm the Square hardware you're currently using (E.g. Square Reader with the Square Stand)?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Additionally, if you're able to send a screenshot or photo of your screen in your reply, that would be helpful.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the meantime, I'll keep a lookout for your response.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there.For months now in the screen of my card reader it comes a black square reading telling that is charging.The results is that i cant see the keyboard to charge the client and they dont like that.All this time NO ONE FROM Square is contacting me and only a software is answering with topics.Anyone knows how i can clean up this screen ?Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
