Weebly Blog Post Share to Twitter link not working

Forgive me if this is not the forum. Please point me to the correct one...

Before, when I would enter a blog post in my Weebly site, the two social media account options would present themselves: Share to FaceBook and Share to Twitter. Now, when I try to activate the Share to Twitter slider, a popup window shows up, then immediately closes, with no success. I do not have popup windows blocked, and get no other notices.

What do I need to do?

You could try clearing your web browser's cache, history, temp files, etc., then retrying or even trying a different web browser. If the issue persists, you may want to follow-up with Tech Support. As the Community is not the same as Tech or Customer support, we can only offer some limited suggestions.

Hi JK_ : Thanks for responding. I tried clearing the cache on Safari and tried Chrome. Same issue.

This has been identified as a bug, however, due to all the changes to Twitter/X it is unlikely that this function will be redone or fixed. Support reps have been suggesting to post the URL directly on Twitter.
