I have just renewed my SSL Certificate with a third party provider. My domain is connected as this is my second year of renewal but i cannot find where to upload the new Certificate and i cannot remember what i did last time. Thanks

To connect your SSL successfully, you will need to make sure that the only records on your domain are as follows;

1 A - type Record with the host/value set as the "@" or the * symbol (depends on your registrar) pointing to "199.34.228.164"

Another A type Record with the host value as "www" and pointing to "199.34.228.164".

After that, your SSL should propagate within 24-48 hours from setting the proper settings.

It sounds like your domain is hosted outside of Square, in which case you'd want to reach out to your domain provider directly. They'll be able to point you to where to make these edits.

I am a little confused as my domain host is saying that Square should provide the SSL Certificate and that i shouldnt have to pay for one through them - Ventraip. Is this correct?

You don't have to pay for an SSL, @renee44, as long as your A-records are pointing to our servers, it will automatically be applied!
