Thanks for writing in with your question!

When you add items to an invoice and send this to your customer, stock won't deprecate until the invoice is paid, so you won't notice any changes to your stock levels for unpaid invoices.

With this in mind, I'm not sure I understand your question regarding the allocated function, are you able to provide some additional detail in your reply so we can better assist you?
