&lt;P&gt;New loans are not automatically extended when a certain percentage repayment threshold is met. The business as a whole is evaluated, and multiple factors are taken into consideration. Some of the eligibility factors we take into account are listed &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/au/en/article/7459-square-loans-eligibility-faq" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I can also see that you followed up on &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Square-Online-Discussion/Has-anyone-had-issues-getting-a-loan-in-2023/m-p/636986#M2454" target="_blank"&gt;this thread&lt;/A&gt; where someone had a similar question. Unless you have recently had an information request form on your account, had your transfers suspended, or if you're seeing a message about being ineligible for loans you won't need to reach out to our support team for further assistance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
