Custom fields to services when booking appointments

I run a small chauffeur business in Brisbane Australia.

I am trying to work out how to add custom fields to the online booking/appointments section so I can obtain details from the customer such as flight number, number of passengers, bags etc.

How can I request this information on the bookings/appointments for the corresponding service?

Can I add custom fields to be able to obtain this data?
