      <description>&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to connect my square reader to my phone for the first time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it keeps saying it failed and keeps coming up saying reinstallation required.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive deleted the reader from the apps and my Bluetooth multiple times, retried and still having the same issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive switched my phone off and on, charged the reader etc, still can’t get it to connect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please help!!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear about your experience pairing your reader. From what I can read you have done your fair share of troubleshooting. However, I don't see you mentioning deleting the Square Point of Sale Application and downloading it once again. Have you tried that step?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
