How do I locate and download previous financial years statements?

I need to go back to 21-22 financial year

Welcome to the seller community.

All data should still be available in the square dashboard, you just need to specify the date range for your reports. If you are referring to Square tax invoices, then they (monthly) are available here: Square Dashboard / Business / Tax Statements.

If I've misunderstood what you are trying to do, can you give an example ?
