Setting Up A Recurring Event Item

Hi there hive mind. I have a question.

I have a regular event that I run weekly. I don't use Square Appointments because I just need people to be able to book a spot in that specific session that week.

Is there a way to set the event to recur every day/week/month without either setting no end date, regularly having to update the date, or creating separate event items in the inventory?

For example, I set up my event as an item in my inventory (under the Event item type). I set the date and time for the event, which is a trade night. All I need is a way for people to book online each week. I don't need to collect any details aside from name, which comes from the order.

To add, I have tried using modifiers, but even when not setting an end time, my customers will get confused when the date on the event itself is either showing a particular date or is considerably in the past.
