    <description>&lt;P&gt;Help (again)…&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Square Reader (2nd Gen) Not turning on? No lights showing, even when connected to USB? Can’t reset it? Nothing happens when I hold down the button for 20 secs?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I had issues with the previous device, this replacement was sent out only recently and again I seem to be having issues?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted the Support Team - now waiting for their response to my email?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there anything I can try?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks ☺️&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
