Can I buy items from my customers through square POS

I buy and sell items. My customers will often sell items to me, which I will at a later date then sell to another customer.

Let’s say I have an Item X, I buy it for $80 (the cost of the item) and I sell it for $100.

I want a customer to be able to sell me an Item X for $80, I will then pay for that item either out of cash in the register, or in a gift card. I then want the transaction to increase the stock qty.

is there any way of doing this in Square POS?
