Problem with Instagram on the receipt

Anyone else still having problems adding instagram to the receipt. It keeps saying invalid format. My format works on every other platform including facebook, company website and co branded websites. When I try to send Sead at square a message it won't allow me to put the link into the body of the message. error reads: correct the highlighted text before sending, but there wasn't any highlighted text only the link

Hi @LaurenPartyof1. When you fill in the Instagram address section, Square only needs the username — nothing else. Try that. It works for me.
