hey guys, I am only 17 with a business, & i am wanting to take payments through Square, but unfortunately, I am not 18 yet and it doesnt allow me to do so. What can i do? Am i able to take payments through my mums identity using my account?

You are correct, you need to be 18 years old to register a square account. If your mother registers an account then it would need to be for her (business) use and not yours.
