Cannot edit my website through square dashboard

Hello - is anyone else experiencing difficulty accessing edit website through square dashboard? Have not been able to get on for 3 days. Support suggests it is our internet, but I tried using my mobile internet and had the same issue. Help?!

Yes, I have the same issue Support advised they will be available tomorrow to look into it due to the holidays

I have just subscribed to square an couple of hours ago and I can't edit it the default theme page I chose. Now my new website domain is an unedited default theme page that can't be changed at all. I really hope they fix this tomorrow morning otherwise its a bad start to my experience square (FML). spent the 2hrs trying to fix it with trouble shooting suggestions from its AI support. Thumbs up to that.

Same problem. It's already Tuesday morning, Easter is over. However I still can not edit the website.
