How do i access customer directory on my second website

hey everyone,

I started a second website but decided to keep it on the same square, because that's what square recommends. I went to set up a newsletter but when people subscribe on the new website it either doesn't collect it or there's another directory i cant find.

Hi @enchantment

welcome to the seller community/

Just go to Dashboard > Marketing and Loaylty > Customer directory

On the right hand side you will see filtes, click on that and scroll to Channel, Click on the new website and you will have the list of your new website customers.

you can save this as a new group and can market directly to only that group from there.

Also any new customers will get added to this group

there a few other filters that you can try, I would suggest playing around until you find the group that you want to market to.
