Hello @members, my GST seems to be setup correctly however on the reports it is more than it should be. I am unsure why...........anyone got any ideas?

Hi @Pulpie ,

As this is your first post i'd like to welcome you to the seller community.

In this instance can you give some examples and perhaps mention what report you are referring to.

As a first guess are you assuming that the gst should be 1/11th of retail value? Perhaps the reports are showing income ext gst (therefore gst would be 1/10)

Alternatively could this be to do with items incorrectly market as gst when they aren't?

I appreciate your prompt response to my question. I am referring to the daily sales summary &/or dashboard.

Example - gross sales $324.13 Net/product sales $295.93 Fees $6.21 Tax/Gst $28.20

I have checked the setup and it is all correct with some items GST free as well.
