    <description>&lt;P&gt;Plz Help! (To Square users)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, I am using Square online website for online pick-up order for my shop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, we really can not get online order ticket from printers, when customers order by online all of sudden.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In-person orders are fine, and printers works well (Everything is fine except getting online order ticket)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I already contacted with Square support team many times, and followed what they all ask.&lt;BR /&gt;(Reset internet, machine, printers&lt;BR /&gt;Update app and IOS, Reinstall app,&lt;BR /&gt;Create/re-asignprinter's profile&amp;amp; etc 🥵)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But we can not get online order ticket still!&lt;BR /&gt;Also, there is "&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":exclamation_mark:"&gt;❗&lt;/span&gt;️" Mark next online order ticket profile, and can not remove it.&lt;BR /&gt;(I think I need to remove the mark to solve the problem..)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I fix it?&lt;BR /&gt;Plz give some ideas.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you so much&lt;/P&gt;</description>
