Hi - Im just setting up my online site..... I dont buy a lot of product due to its value and Im seeing the 'Only 1 remaining' tag displayed.

I have searched and searched (including in this thread) and the notes/explanations given dont match what I see on my screen. Can anyone offer any advice - I am pulling what little hair i have out!!!

Hi @HHARDWARE ,

I'm guessing you are referring to the settings under Online/Items/Item Preferences.

I'm wondering, given your situation, whether stock tracking is appropriate. You could choose not to track stock then I believe this would resolve the issue.

On the square dashboard under the item(s) in question there is a stock section. If you go in there, you can disable the stock tracking This may then resolve your issue.

Please not, I don't use square online in a way where i can test this, but it's worth a shot.

Thanks for the feedback, if I turn tracking off I loose SOH

It was answered on another thread but thanks so much for taking the time to try and resolve the issue 🙂
