&lt;P&gt;To receive notifications when a customer cancels an appointment, you'll need to adjust your notification settings in your online Square Dashboard. Here's how:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;From the Online Square Dashboard:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Navigate to&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Payments&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Appointments&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Team Members&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;The title of this thread has been edited from the original:&amp;nbsp;When a client cancels an appointmet can I get an alert?&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Hey all, I have been trying to figure out how to get a notificiation (email) when a customer cancels an appointment. Right now the booking just dissapears, and we are not notified. Is there a way we can recieve an email when a client cancels an appointment. We are a service business, so it is important we can know so we can contact the client directly and rebook them / ask what the issue was.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
