Subscription option not coming up when creating items

I'm trying to make a subscription service for my customers but there's information missing compared to the tutorials I see on Square.

Eg.1

I don't have a "Subscriptions" option under Categories when I create a new/open an item.

Eg.2

When I add a customer to a subscription, there's no option to add a shipping address - no fulfillment option.

I have a couple of requests: First, I'm having difficulty making out your screenshots. Could you please try sending clearer ones? Zooming in on the current images isn’t helping. Second, you mentioned that the steps don’t match what you see in our tutorials. Could you please provide the link to the tutorial you’re following for this action?

I see what's happened here, @botw1!

The tutorial you were looking at links out to the Subscriptions product available to Square Sellers in the US, which includes additional features such as the ability to toggle on Subscriptions when creating and editing items, as well as the option to input fulfilment methods.

Square Subscriptions features vary from market to market, and while the goal is to eventually bring all features to all markets, these options aren't currently available in Australia.

Hi, I'm in Australia also and would really love the ability to sell subscription plans as items through my Booking Flow. Any updates on this happening for Aussies?
