Digital Download items not showing on website

Hi all,

I have successfully created a physical item for sale on my website but I also want to offer it as a digital download. While the physical item appears on the website, the digital download does not. To create the digital download, I duplicated the physical item in my Item Library and changed it from "Physical good" to "Digital". When I go back to viewing my page after a few minutes (giving it time to update) the physical item is there but the Digital Download is not.

Any ideas??

Hi @HobartvilleH , thanks for posting and apologies for the delay!

If your items are not syncing as expected, republishing your website should force the sync. Can you try this and let me know if this fixes the issue ? To republish, access your Website Editor and click on Publish on the top right.

If the problem persists, can you share your website URL, as well as the name of your duplicated item.

HI Lou,

Thanks for the suggestion. I am afraid I cannot find the Website Editor or the Publish button. Odd.

The URL is hobartvillehobbies.com.au and the item name is "1/350 scale GAF Ikara and launcher (pair) - Digital Download"

Hi @HobartvilleH ,

1. You'll need to access the Online Overview Page of your account. You can either click on the Online tab from the Dashboard, or click on this link to access it directly.

2. Once on this page, you'll see the menu on the left-hand side. Click on Website, then Edit site:

3. You'll be taken to your Website Editor. The Publish button is located on the top right (see screenshot of my own account):

Let me know if you manage to republish your website 🙂.
