      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same problem with a terminal. I have spken to Square but because it only weeks out of warranty they won't help/replace for a new one. Seems to be a big problem on all the forums.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, our Support Team can help determine whether the issue lies with the device itself or if it's related to the power cords.
