    <description>&lt;P&gt;I started my square account and received 2 payments and I have no idea why my balance says zero.&amp;nbsp; Where are my funds.&amp;nbsp; This is insane to not have access to my funds nor have a balance that reflects $183.00 what's going on?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Niambert1215,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since we don't really have any details it may be best for you to contact Square's Customer Support as they have the ability to look at your account setup - the volunteer Community Members cannot do that.&amp;nbsp; What we can tell you is all Square merchants start with the standard transfer schedule - meaning funds are usually transferred within 36 hours or 1-2 &lt;STRONG&gt;business&lt;/STRONG&gt; days of a transaction.&amp;nbsp; Business days are defined as Monday thru Friday &lt;SPAN class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. local time.&amp;nbsp; Business days do not include weekends and public holidays.&amp;nbsp; You can get funds quicker as there are different options however, the options do have additional fees.&amp;nbsp; This &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3807-deposit-options-with-square" target="_self"&gt;Support Document&lt;/A&gt; explains more in detail.&amp;nbsp; From our experience, we just use the standard transfer schedule and normally receive our money in 1 to 2 days depending on when the transaction took place and it's not a holiday or weekend.&amp;nbsp; For the most, the only times we've experienced unusual delays is if there is a production system issue, in situations such as that, we go to this &lt;A href="https://www.issquareup.com/united-states" target="_self"&gt;site&lt;/A&gt; - Square will post alerts there about any disruption to the system.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They'll likely provide all the necessary information and answer any questions you may have.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
