&lt;P&gt;You can absolutely download your item library — having a monthly subscription doesn’t restrict this feature. You should be able to export your item library directly from your Square Dashboard by following these steps:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Sign in to your Square Dashboard.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;2.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Go to &lt;STRONG&gt;Items&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;Item Library&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;3.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Click the &lt;STRONG&gt;“Actions”&lt;/STRONG&gt; drop-down (top right).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;4.&lt;/STRONG&gt; Select &lt;STRONG&gt;“Export Library”&lt;/STRONG&gt; — this will download a CSV file of your items.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
