How to automatically send Contracts or Waivers with Square Appointments.

Hello all,

I have just setup Square Appointments for an equestrian business. Is there a way to automatically send waivers to new clients when they setup their profile?

Hello and welcome, @PineviewTarago!

If you have a Square Appointments Plus or Premium subscription, you can automatically send digital forms (also known as Square Contracts) once a new appointment is booked.

When you set up automated digital forms, form links are automatically included in appointment email and SMS notifications. Your clients will see the message: 'Please complete forms before your appointment' with links to your forms.
