Messages showing unread due to fail to send

I have 3 messages that show that I need to look at them, and it's because of a "failed to send. Retry" message, that won't go away.

I know it is nitpicky, but I can't stand seeing that there are 3 messages on there when I know there isn't. It has also now trained me to not look at that, and I could potentially not notice if I need to respond to someone.

Is there a way to remove or delete those message, or the whole thread with that client, WITHOUT deleting the person?

Hey @KateWattsHair, this is not knit picky, I am the same way!

I am currently not seeing a way to do this but I will confirm. To better assist, is showing in both your app and Dashboard?

Confirmed. It is showing the same in app (android) and dashboard.
