Afterpay not working with Discount Code online.

I've heard from two customers trying to purchase online using a discount code that their Afterpay purchase will not go through when using a coupon code. Can someone please check this out?

Can I get the code that was used and the items they attempted to try and purchase @DinaLRosenberg?
