I am having trouble finding the donation page on my Square app. Any ideas?

We need more information to understand - did you create a Donation item ? Which App are you referring to ? Hopefully, with more info we may be able to help.

Thank you for your patience and for being a member of the Community.

Our ECOM team has informed us that this is expected behavior.

Currently, you're using the Order Online template, which is designed specifically for Physical and Prepared Food and Beverage type items.

The best course of action would be to switch to the Shop All template. You can do this by accessing the website editor, selecting the Order Online page, clicking the gear icon, and then selecting Switch Template. From there, choose Shop All, click Done, and then Publish.
