Line Breaks in Item Description

I have attached 2 screenshots showing the issue. I put line breaks into the description of an item. But when you see that item in an estimate, invoice, or receipt it does not break the lines, it just puts on the text together in one big horrible blob.

However, it uses line breaks for the Item's Note that you can enter when making the estimate to invoice, as you can see.

In the first screenshot you can see how I used line breaks in the Item's description.

In the second screenshot you can see how in an estimate those sentences in the description are not on new line... But the sentences in the item's Note are. How do we fix this?

Did you move to a different program or identify an workaround?

I just started putting everything into the items note. I wouldn’t call this a workaround, I would call this me having to do 10 times as much work just to fix something because Square won’t spend the 10 seconds to fix it on their end. Or even acknowledge that it needs to be fixed.
