Square Offline / POS: Have Sales Tax Populate by Zip Code on when Creating a Square Invoice

The CDTFA's (California Department of Tax and Fee Administration) California sales tax law requires that sales tax be collected according to the address that the product is delivered to, not the address it was purchase from.

Square Offline Invoices is able to set only one sales tax rate at a time, rather than auto-populate when the zip code is entered when creating the invoice, unlike Square Online which has this necessary functionality.

Is there a way to get the sales tax auto-populate function on Invoices as there is in Square Online? (There are just too many zip codes in California to do this manually with each sale.)
