My business had a chargeback last year for around $400 (even though we have the client on camera & showing us her ID & she signed for the purchase). I was told to upgrade my terminal to the chip device so I did for my protection and I love it - looks great in store!

Now I'm wondering what protects us when sending clients invoices? Couldn't a client tell their bank they didn't enter in the card information?
