1) When a client has paid an invoice hand to hand, how can I show it paid in the invoice app?
2) How do I not send a reminder to them?

Hey @SelectDroneOp

To record a payment in the invoice app (Android) open up the app, click the invoices on the bottom row.

Then you will want to find the invoice you are accepting a payment for and click on it. There will be a button that says "Add Payment". Simply click on that and verify the amount and choose next. Then you will be able to choose what type of payment (cash,check etc).

The reminder setting I think can only be changed from your Dashboard via web. (I couldn't find a setting in the app).

You will want to login to your account and choose Invoices.

Then you will want to scroll down to Settings>Invoices on the left side.

Choose your default invoice template and click edit (bottom right)

Scroll down to the Share section. At the bottom of that section will be Reminders, You should be able to remove/turn off the reminders sent to customers.

Be sure to click Save Template at the top right when finished.

Thanks. I’m using an iPad, is it not able to do it on iPads?

Should be able to. Sorry, I meant I was using Android, so the layout may be slightly different on Apple but should still be pretty close if so.
