Never doubt that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But this person could have a legitimate financial issue, too. So, do you have a return policy, clearly stated? If so, honor it because in business your integrity is all you have. Refund them and send them a new invoice and ask them to return your products in x days or they will be re-invoiced..&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not, start a negotiation. Ask them why? If it seems legitimate, refund them and add on a fee for your efforts before sending a new invoice.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if it doesn’t seem legitimate let them go through the dispute process with their card issuing bank. They have to make an effort, then. And you’ll have evidence of what you’ve tried in good faith to do. You might still lose, but your integrity is still intact.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
