Hello @FCE. This could be a good topic to post in Ideate - Feature Request, I like the idea.

I am unaware of any way to convert an old or existing Invoice into an Estimate. You can duplicate invoices simply and send them as a new invoice, but I don't believe the ability to send it as an Estimate is available.

Duplicating an invoice: Menu > Invoices > Select the Invoice you want to duplicate and choose the option under MORE.

Hi @FCE

AFAIK, you are not able to convert an invoice to an estimate, since the invoice is the "last" step between you and the customer finalizing the deal.

Curious though, as to your reasoning you have for this. as I use invoices a lot so just trying to see how you may use them.

Sometimes I have an invoice from an old client that’s exactly or very similar to what I would like to send as an estimate to a new client before we move to invoice stage. Was hoping 😊
