How to change default details?

Somehow we have Details showing on EVERY invoice tgat do not apply - where can I change this default?

It shows up under Details every time NEW invoice is created. It's got No Title and the the message is a description of one particular item.

Please help me find how to delete this.

I suggest you start from your Dashboard > Invoices > Settings

Something may exist in your settings or customizations that has become a default.
