When processing an invoice, what appears on the customer's credit card statement?

If I send an invoice and the customer pays, what shows on their credit card statement? Is it my personal information or my business information?

It should be no different than if you had taken an in person payment. I believe you can adjust your business name (to a degree) somewhere in the settings.

Hi @NobleTouch !

When your customers pay you via invoice, they'll see SQ* -Business name- on their bank statements.

There can be slight variations to how a transaction will show on a bank statement, you can learn more in this article.
