    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/647137"&gt;@EBart&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear about the troubles with the invoices.&amp;nbsp; I know that there were just some issues with Invoicing a few days ago that seemed to have gotten fixed, but maybe there is still something lingering within the code somewhere within.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As far as re-sending it, the reminder should actually do the trick normally, but with it disappearing in the first place, it may not.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't work, you can duplicate it and try to send another one, and then cancel the first one.&amp;nbsp; Assuming they never paid anything on the first invoice yet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Let us know how you make out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;What is the best way to "resend" it?&amp;nbsp; If I make a "duplicate" it creates another invoice with a new number.&amp;nbsp; I don't want my customer to be charged twice.&amp;nbsp; So I sent a "reminder", but wasn't sure if the whole invoice would be sent again so they could pay.&amp;nbsp; Why did this happen in the first place????&lt;/P&gt;</description>
