    <description>&lt;P&gt;I live in a community where a lot of people do not have email,&amp;nbsp; And some also do not have a cell phone.&amp;nbsp; (I petsit).&amp;nbsp; I want to setup a customer and print out an invoice for them.&amp;nbsp; I'm currently boarding 2 cats for a woman that have been here for over 3 weeks.&amp;nbsp; I was able to add her landline to her customer profile, but how do you deal with the email when they don't have one? I want to keep track of everything in one place.&amp;nbsp; Plus when it's time to file taxes...&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/648827"&gt;@ThriveandPaws&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can definitely add the land line to the customer profile. Any messages sent to that number will just drop off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As for email, when I encountered this problem I usually used my own email address. If you have access to creating email accounts on your webhost you could even set up a specific email address to collect these invoices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the invoice is sent you do get the option to view the PDF of it. You can then print that out and get it to the customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
