Sales taxes import not working

Hi,

I exported my product items XLS so I could batch change my sales taxes. I'm working in French so I changed the letter 'N' in both my tax columns for 'O' (oui in French) then 'Y' (for yes in Enligh) and both imports didn't change anything on my items taxes.

Can you help me troubleshoot the problem ?

Both my tax codes are created in Square and the columns appear in the export.

I want to make sure I am understanding the troubleshooting you're needing with your tax columns, so I have some follow-up questions.

Is your Dashboard in French or English? When you make those changes and try to import them, is that where you're seeing nothing change?

My Square is in French

Exactly. I Make the changes but typing Y instead of N. Import back into Square...and nothing chaned
