Help setting up an invoice for a client in Canada

I need help setting up an invoice for a client in Canada. If I agree to charge the fee in CAN currency do I make the invoice in USD and the card company does the conversion or do I figure out what the conversion amount is and enter it into the amount owed field?

Hi Webkatdesign,

From what I have found, Square charges are made in the currency of your country of activation (USD for you). Your client's bank does the currency conversion.

This ⬆️ we do a fair amount of international invoices. You just send it in US dollars and they pay it on their end..
