Please provide the date that the terms of service were altered to withhold gift card transaction funds now until the gift card is redeemed. Also, please give a link to the article or announcement about this change. Thank you.

Hi @RMConsultingLLC. I’m not aware of the funds being withheld. The last few gift card sales I’ve received via my website and in person were fully funded in my balance, less the new gift card load fee, of course.

Ok, I didn't respond earlier because I too thought it was still the same of the load amount - load fee - cc fees (if applicable) the next business day like all regular transactions.
