    <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent a customer a reminder that his invoice was due.&amp;nbsp; I received a push notification from the Square App saying the invoice was paid.&amp;nbsp; I never received an email confirmation of the payment and the app and online show the customer viewed the invoice, but the invoice still indicates it's unpaid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to see if the transaction was declined?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help is appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The only update I received was a Push Notification from the App indicating that Inv 1290 had been paid.&amp;nbsp; When I clicked on the notification, it opened the App and the invoice shows it is still unpaid.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't see anything in the Transaction Status Report either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to look at all options before reaching out to my customer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
