    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/681813"&gt;@make_it_up_mugs&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As I see this is your first post welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no way to see if you got paid from anyone in this forum, we are not able to look in your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check you Balance report in Square for your transfer of money the day after you got the email she paid.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On a computer go here in your Square Dashboard :&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/balances" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://app.squareup.com/dashboard/balances&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Under Locations choose the name of your business location.&amp;nbsp; The $ amount is not import right now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the next screen choose 'View All Transfers'&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Look for the date or change the dates available in the box in the upper right of this page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Look at the Date She Paid, The Day you got the email, and the following days deposit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Next to the amount Square sent you there is a &amp;gt;, Click that to see all Transactions in that deposit.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You should see the deposit in one of the transactions.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you can not find it in the Deposits there call support in my signature line below.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope this helps you locate this transaction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Did I get paid?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I sent an invoice to a customer recently. She came by my booth to pay. I pulled up the invoice and she paid using a credit card. I texted the receipt to her. She got the receipt but I couldn't locate the transaction or the money. The customer checked her online bank account and the money was taken from her account. The next day, I received an email, telling me she paid the invoice. Still the transaction doesn't show up and the money has not been received. Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
