    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/669355"&gt;@heyblee&lt;/a&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Sorry for your troubles. &amp;nbsp;First, I would recommend signing out of your dashboard, clearing your browser’s cache and history, force closing the browser and restarting it. &amp;nbsp;You might just have a ghost in your browser’s memory that needs to be cleared.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Otherwise, if that button is still not working, then the ONLY thing you can do is &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact?panel=FAB456B04971&amp;amp;skip_unit_select=true" target="_self"&gt;get on the phone with customer support&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;They have limited weekend staffing, but will be at full staff Monday through Friday. &amp;nbsp;It sounds like you are having a tech issue, as well.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Verify Identity</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't know where to go with this, as I can't find other means of support anywhere.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have the following message in my shop:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;"Transactions are disabled on your account. To re-enable, you need to verify your identity."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There's a big blue button labeled "&lt;STRONG&gt;Verify Identity&lt;/STRONG&gt;". And it just loops me back to the dashboard.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do, I'm seriously frustrated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
