New layout unable to scroll down issue

I usually have 20+ line items per invoice. On the new layout when I get to 12, I am unable to add any more line items and scrolling down is not possible. I have to save as draft and edit again to add more line items. I will switch back to the old layout for now, but please let the developers know that some users have larger invoices. Some of my monthly invoices reach the limit of 300 line items.

Thanks for reaching out and letting us know about this issue with the new layout. To confirm, are you using the Square Invoicing app? Or the Point of Sale app?

Using a web browser on a Mac to create an invoice. This was working fine until the new layout was launched. Safari Version 17.6 (19618.3.11.11.5)

When sorting a line item the page refreshes and brings the line items to the bottom of the list. I can not bring an item to the top of the list without the page refreshing. An A-Z sort feature would be great.

I'm having the same issue - on Google Chrome in web browser on Mac - will not allow me to scroll to the top of the invoice to adjust quantities - was there a fix for this?????

I switched to Safari and that corrected the issue.

Hey @FlourishRoses - I am sorry you are having some issues. Does switching to Safari help?
