If I don’t have inventory set up in square can I just manually add items each time and invoice that way? Also how do you calculate shipping and can I test print an invoice? Help please I’m new at all of this.

1. Yes you can manually add items. Use them one time, or add them to your libary for easy access next time.

Hi @Styled ! Welcome to the Seller Community and congratulations on making your first post! You will find tons of helpful information and dialogue here.

I wanted to provide this Support Article that gives all of the ins and outs for creating and sending invoices with Square!

You can print a test invoice as well with no issues. My recommendation is to name the invoice "Test" so you do not get confused.

I see @WhiteHatTech_ has provided a Support Article for how to set up shipping which should be super helpful.
