Unable to edit invoices

Whenever I attempt to edit an invoice in the square invoices app from my phone, as soon as I click edit the app closes our. I've confirmed I have the most up to date version of the app. Any suggestions?

I don't use the invoice app but it sounds like its a bug within the app and or the latest update maybe if they had one recently?

You may need to edit it from the browser for the time being,

Yes, it's definitely an app issue. The trouble is I'm mobile often and if I try to use the web browser on my phone when I get to the invoice section to edit anything it bounces me back to the app to complete and then closes out.

Ah yes that would drive me bonkers in your situation.

You can try these steps below to report a bug within the app, next time you use the app to try and edit an invoice and hopefully that will be a fix for it.

To report a bug with the Square app on Android, you can submit a support ledger and diagnostic report:

Log in to the Square app on the device with the issue
Tap ≡ More
Tap Support
Tap Troubleshooting
Tap Upload Support Ledger
Tap Send Diagnostic Report
