I have a customer that I need to invoice $xxxx for a service that also has an annual renewal of $xxx that automatically generates an renewal invoice every year. I want them to have the option to pay using their card but if doing so they cover their own processing fee's. I have three services to bill the same customer for.

Is this setup possible in square?

You could enable a service charge to all invoices automatically. For my business, I add the service charge to the invoice, but in the message section, I simply put "save 3% by paying your invoice with cash or check made out to (insert business name).

To start with this Sign into your Square Dashboard and go to Settings > Account & Settings. Click Business information > Service charges and select Create service charge.

To enable this by default to your invoices. You can navigate from your Dashboard to Invoices>Settings>Invoices.

Choose or create a new invoice template. Add a message to let them know about the service charge, and how they can save % by paying cash/check.

Scroll down to the total section and click on the Add shipping fee or Service Charge.

Be sure to click save template in the top right corner.
