    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/318201"&gt;@ckupiec&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if the customer is seeing “Waiting for [your business] to accept this payment” inside their Cash App, it usually means they sent the payment directly through Cash App, not through the Square invoice flow&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don’t have a Cash App account linked separately, you won’t be able to access or accept that payment—and it won’t apply to your Square invoice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here’s what I’d suggest:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Ask the customer to cancel or refund the Cash App payment on their end (if possible).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello - I had a customer pay an invoice via cashapp; however, it does not show on my end as having been paid.&amp;nbsp; Within her cashapp she has a message that says, "Waiting for Perfect to accept this payment".&amp;nbsp; I have received payments from other customers via cashapp before, so not sure what I should do in this case.&amp;nbsp; Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
