    <description>&lt;P&gt;We agree.&amp;nbsp; We've been talking with support, a merchant manager, and today an account manager.&amp;nbsp; I even took time to attend the webinar.&amp;nbsp; I submitted several questions which they said they would answer during the webinar or after.&amp;nbsp; All my questions didn't get answered.&amp;nbsp; Our overall belief is that the changes are making it worse - takes more steps to accomplish what we do.&amp;nbsp; We have to figure out how to adapt and then document our process AGAIN.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;WHY!?! I would like to know who decided to change the invoicing system? I left Paypal just for this reason (and I paid them over $10k in fees last year). Who complained and said we need a clunky invoicing system with drop downs that will take twice as long to use?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As the old saying goes, if it isn't broken don't fix it!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I send out over 50 invoices a week and it usually runs me an hour, I tried the new system and I can guarantee it is going to take me twice as long if not longer. I also want to see the entire invoice not part of it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am extremely upset about this change and DO NOT AGREE with it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The old layout is clean and easy to use.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe work on getting the pages to load faster, that would actually be helpful.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this new layout is approved, I may have to find another resource for invoicing.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
